- قرار مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة رقم 1910، الذي تم تبنيه بالإجماع في 28 يناير 2010، بعد الاستماع إلى توصيات الأمين العام والتذكير بالقرارات 1325 (2000)، 1612 (2005)، 1674 (2006)، 1738 (2006)، 1820 (2008)، 1863 (2009)، 1882 (2009)، 1888 (2009) و1894 (2009)، أذن المجلس بتمديد ولاية بعثة الاتحاد الأفريقي في الصومال حتى 31 يناير 2011، مطالبا إياها بزيادة قوتها لتنفيذ ولايتها. وطلب المجلس، عملاً بالفصل السابع من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، من بعثة الاتحاد الأفريقي في الصومال مساعدة الحكومة الاتحادية الانتقالية على تطوير قوات الشرطة والأمن، بما يكفل استخدام جميع المعدات والخدمات بشفافية وفعالية. كما طلب من الأمين العام المساعدة في هذه العملية، ولكن ليس تحويل الأموال حتى 31 يناير 2011. كما دعا القرار الدول الأعضاء إلى المساهمة في صندوق الأمم المتحدة الاستئماني لبعثة الاتحاد الأفريقي في الصومال. - La Resolució 1910 del Consell de Seguretat de les Nacions Unides fou adoptada per unanimitat el 28 de gener de 2010. Després d'escoltar les recomanacions del Secretari General i recordant les resolucions 1325 (2000), 1612 (2005), 1674 (2006), 1738 (2006), 1820 (2008), 1863 (2009), 1882 (2009), 1888 (2009), i 1894 (2009), el Consell va autoritzar estendre el mandat de la Missió de la Unió Africana a Somàlia (AMISOM) fins al 31 de gener de 2011, demanant-li que augmentés força per dur a terme el seu mandat. El Consell, en virtut del Capítol VII de la Carta de les Nacions Unides, va demanar a AMISOM que ajudés al Govern Federal de Transició a desenvolupar forces policials i de seguretat, assegurant que tots els equips i serveis s'utilitzessin de manera transparent i eficaç. També va demanar al Secretari General que ajudés en aquest procés, però no a transferir fons fins al 31 de gener de 2011. - United Nations Security Council Resolution 1910, adopted unanimously on January 28, 2010, after hearing recommendations from the Secretary-General and recalling resolutions 1325 (2000), 1612 (2005), 1674 (2006), 1738 (2006), 1820 (2008), 1863 (2009), 1882 (2009), 1888 (2009) and 1894 (2009), the Council authorised the mandate of the African Union Mission to Somalia (AMISOM) to be extended until January 31, 2011, asking it to increase its strength to carry out its mandate. The Council, acting under Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter, asked AMISOM to assist the Transitional Federal Government to develop police and security forces, ensuring that all equipment and services were used transparently and effectively. It also requested the Secretary-General assist in this process, but not to transfer funds until January 31, 2011. The resolution also called for Member States to contribute to the United Nations Trust Fund for AMISOM. (en)
