- قرار مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة رقم 1367، المتخذ بالإجماع في 10 أيلول / سبتمبر 2001، بعد التذكير بالقرارات 1160 (1998) و1199 (1998) و1203 (1998) وإعادة تأكيد القرارين 1244 (1999) و1345 (2001) على وجه الخصوص، أنهى المجلس حظر توريد الأسلحة إلى جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية (صربيا والجبل الأسود) بعد أن استوفت مطالب المجلس بالانسحاب من كوسوفو والسماح ببدء حوار سياسي. وأشار مجلس الأمن أن المطالب الواردة في القرار 1160 قد تم تلبيتها واعترف كذلك بالوضع الأمني الصعب على طول الحدود الإدارية لكوسوفو وجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية. وسيستمر منع الأسلحة والذخيرة من دخول كوسوفو. صرح الأمين العام كوفي عنان أن جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية سمحت للمنظمات الإنسانية ومفوض الأمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق الإنسان بالوصول إلى كوسوفو. وبموجب الفصل السابع من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، أنهى المجلس حظر الأسلحة وحل لجنة مجلس الأمن المكلفة بمراقبة العقوبات. - La Resolució 1367 del Consell de Seguretat de les Nacions Unides fou adoptada per unanimitat el 10 de setembre de 2001. Després de recordar les resolucions 1160 (1998), 1199 (1998), 1203 (1998) i reafirmar les resolucions 1244 (1999) i 1345 (2001), en particular, el Consell va donar per acabat l'embargament d'armes contra la República Federal de Iugoslàvia (Sèrbia i Montenegro) després d'haver satisfet les demandes del Consell de retirar-se de Kosovo i permetre el començament d'un diàleg polític. El Consell de Seguretat va observar que les exigències contingudes en la Resolució 1160 havien quedat satisfetes i van reconèixer la difícil situació de seguretat al llarg de la frontera administrativa de Kosovo i la República Federal de Iugoslàvia. Es continuaria impedint l'entrada d'armes i municions a Kosovo. El secretari general Kofi Annan va declarar que la República Federal de Iugoslàvia havia permès l'accés a Kosovo a les organitzacions humanitàries i l'Alt Comissionat de les Nacions Unides per als Drets Humans. Actuant sota el Capítol VII de la Carta de les Nacions Unides, el Consell va rescindir l'embargament d'armes i va dissoldre el Comitè del Consell de Seguretat encarregat de controlar les sancions. - United Nations Security Council resolution 1367, adopted unanimously on 10 September 2001, after recalling resolutions 1160 (1998), 1199 (1998), 1203 (1998) and reaffirming resolutions 1244 (1999) and 1345 (2001) in particular, the Council terminated the arms embargo against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) after it had satisfied Council demands to withdraw from Kosovo and allow a political dialogue to begin. The Security Council noted that demands contained in Resolution 1160 had been satisfied and further recognised the difficult security situation along the administrative boundary of Kosovo and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Weapons and ammunition would continue to be prevented from entering Kosovo. The Secretary-General Kofi Annan stated that the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia had allowed humanitarian organisations and United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights access to Kosovo. Acting under Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter, the Council terminated the arms embargo and dissolved the Committee of Security Council tasked with monitoring the sanctions. (en)
