With Ken Shipley and Rob Sevier, Lunt formed The Numero Group record label in 2003, which has reissued hundreds of lost soul, gospel, funk and psychedelic rock albums. Before The Numero Group, from 1988 to 2000, Lunt was a VP/creative director at the Leo Burnett Worldwide advertising agency, and creative director at Corporate Profiles, DDB, Warsaw, Poland, in 2001.
