- Tibor Zsitvay de Zsitvatő (10 November 1884 – 9 July 1969) was a Hungarian politician and jurist, who served as Minister of Justice between 1929 and 1932. He finished law studies at the University of Budapest. He was the counsel of the Hungarian Railways from 1909 to 1919. After the fall of the Hungarian Soviet Republic he was one of the founders of the Christian National Party. He was delegated to the position of commissioner of Kecskemét between 1919 and 1920. He left his party in 1920 and became lawyer again. He worked as the attorney general of the MÁV in 1920–26. He became a member of the Diet of Hungary in 1922 and served as Deputy Speaker in 1924. He served as Speaker of the National Assembly of Hungary between 1926 and 1929. After that he was appointed Minister of Justice by István Bethlen. Zsitvay held the position in the cabinet of Gyula Károlyi too. During his ministership, the two communist leaders, and were executed. He represented Kecskemét from 1931. He was the leader of the Party of National Unity in Budapest during this time. He left the governing party in 1938. He emigrated to Switzerland in 1944. (en)
- Tibor Zsitvay de Zsitvatő (Pozsony, 10 november 1884 – Alpnach, 9 juli 1969) was een Hongaars politicus en jurist, die van 1929 tot 1932 het ambt van minister van Justitie bekleedde. Hij studeerde rechten aan de Universiteit van Boedapest. Van 1909 tot 1919 was hij raadslid bij het Hongaarse spoor. Na de val van de Hongaarse Radenrepubliek was hij een van de oprichters van de Christelijk-Nationale Partij. Van 1919 tot 1920 was hij afgevaardigd commissaris voor Kecskemét. Hij verliet zijn partij in 1920 om opnieuw advocaat te worden. Van 1920 tot 1926 werkte hij als procureur-generaal voor het Hongaarse spoor (MÁV). In 1922 werd hij lid van het Hongaars parlement (de Nationale Vergadering), waarvan hij in 1924 ook vice-voorzitter was. Vanaf 1926 was hij voorzitter van dit eenkamerparlement. Toen het parlement in 1927 werd opgedeeld in een lagerhuis, het Huis van Afgevaardigden en een hogerhuis, het Magnatenhuis, werd hij voorzitter van het Huis van Afgevaardigden. Deze functie oefende hij uit tot 1929, toen hij door István Bethlen werd aangesteld als minister van Justitie in diens regering, een ambt dat hij ook bekleedde in de daaropvolgende . Tijdens zijn ministerschap werden de twee communistische leiders Sándor Fürst en Imre Sallai terechtgesteld.
