- La mancha negra esclerótica, es un cambio estructural que puede ocurrir en los ojos al permanecer en contacto con el aire por un tiempo prolongado, al mantener los párpados abiertos. La desecación del tejido hace que la esclerótica se adelgace, transparentándose, y permitiendo así, que los pigmentos coroideos que subyacen en el interior se muestren. Inicialmente son unas manchas de bordes indefinidos y de forma triangular que aparecen en ambos cantos del ojo. Posteriormente van extendiéndose hacia la pupila, tomando una forma más ovalada. En casos más avanzados, ambas manchas pueden unirse creando una franja horizontal a nivel del ecuador ocular (Fig. 1). (es)
- Tache noire de la sclerotique (French for Black spot of the sclera) is one of the ocular signs of death in which a reddish-brown discoloration is transversely arranged across the sclera. It occurs when the eyes are not completely closed so that the sclera is exposed to air. If the eyelids are open for a few hours after death, a film of cell debris and mucus forms two yellow triangles on the sclera, each at side of the iris, with base towards the margin of cornea and apex towards medial or lateral canthus of the eye, which becomes brown and then black within a few hours, upon which dust settles and the surface becomes wrinkled. - Пятна Лярше — абсолютный признак смерти, образующийся в процессе высыхания роговицы при открытых глазах трупа. Это треугольные, несколько сморщенные участки, серовато-желтоватого цвета, на фоне прозрачной блестящей роговицы. Основание треугольника обращено к радужке, вершина — к углам глаз. Особенно хорошо пятна Лярше видны при раздвигании век. Пятна Лярше формируются через 5-6 часов после смерти. (ru)
