- El Centre Olímpic de Skhiniàs (en grec: Ολυμπιακό Κωπηλατοδρόμιο Σχινιά) és un centre esportiu aquàtic que allotja competicions de piragüisme i rem construït amb motiu de la realització dels Jocs Olímpics d'Estiu de 2004, disputats a la ciutat d'Atenes (Grècia). El centre està ubicat a 43 quilòmetres de la ciutat d'Atenes, a l'est de la ciutat de Marató, i té una superfície d'1,24 quilòmetres quadrats. El centre fou inaugurat l'agost de 2003 en la disputa dels Campionats del Món en categoria júnior de rem, si bé la instal·lació no es completà fins al gener de 2004. En la realització dels Jocs Olímpics fou la seu de les competicions de piragüisme i rem, i comptà amb una capacitat per a 14.000 espectadors. La seva construcció no fou exempta de polèmica, ja que la seva àrea es troba dins del Parc Nacional de Skhiniàs. (ca)

Die Anlage ist 2.001.997,42 m² groß, 7.937,40 m² davon sind bebaut. Sie befindet sich neben dem Schinias-Naturpark (der auch die Anlage verwaltet) und ist über eine Ausfahrt der A6 angebunden. Von den zwei Seen der Anlage hat der größere (die Regattastrecke) eine Gesamtlänge von 2250 Metern, die Zuschauerränge haben 14.000 Sitzplätze. Die Baukosten betrugen (incl. Verkehrsanbindung) 80,1 Millionen Euro. (de)
- Το Ολυμπιακό Κωπηλατοδρόμιο Σχοινία (ή Σχινιά) κατασκευάστηκε για να φιλοξενήσει τα αγωνίσματα τις κωπηλασίας και του , στους Ολυμπιακούς Αγώνες 2004 στην Αθήνα. Είναι η βορειότερη αθλητική εγκατάσταση των Αγώνων του 2004 και βρίσκεται στα ανατολικά του Μαραθώνα. Καλύπει 1,24 τετραγωνικά χιλιόμετρα και έχει χωρητικότητα 14.000 θεατών. Αποτελεί τμήμα του Εθνικού Πάρκου Σχινιά. Αν και δεν είχε ολοκληρωθεί πλήρως μέχρι τις 31 Ιανουαρίου 2004, φιλοξένησε την πρώτη του επιτυχή διοργάνωση, το Παγκόσμιο , τον Αύγουστο 2003. Κατά τη διάρκεια αυτών των αγώνων, πολλά σκάφη γέμισαν νερό εξαιτίας θυελλωδών ανέμων. Οι περισσότεροι τελικοί αγώνες διεξήχθησαν σε μικρότερη διαδρομή για να αποφευχθούν τα κύματα στο δεύτερο μισό της, μήκους 2 χιλιομέτρων, λίμνης. Κατά τη διάρκεια της κατασκευής του υπήρξαν αντιδράσεις για πιθανή περιβαλλοντική καταστροφή, μιας και μεταφέρθηκε υδροβιότοπος ούτως ώστε να κατασκευαστεί η εγκατάσταση. Το κωπηλατοδρόμιο είναι ένα από τα μόνο τρία εγκεκριμένα από τη ως προπονητικού κέντρου - τα άλλα δύο είναι σε Μόναχο και Σεβίλλη. Φιλοξενεί πανελλήνια πρωταθλήματα κωπηλασίας και κανό, και επίσης φιλοξένησε το τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2008. - The Schinias Olympic Rowing and Canoeing Centre (Ολυμπιακό Κωπηλατοδρόμιο Σχοινιά) was built to host the rowing and canoe sprint events at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Greece. It is the most northerly venue of the 2004 Games situated to the east of the town of Marathon. It covers 1.24 km² and has a spectator capacity of 14,000. It is a part of Schinias National Park. Although not fully completed until January 31, 2004, it held its first successful competition, the World Rowing Junior Championships, in August 2003. During these championships, many boats became waterlogged due to gale-force winds and the resulting water conditions. Most of the final rounds were raced over a shortened course to avoid worse water in the second half of the 2 km lake. During construction there was controversy over environmental destruction as wetlands were remodelled for its construction. The centre is one of only three FISA-approved training centers in the world, the others being in Munich and Seville. It hosts domestic rowing and canoeing meetings, and has hosted the 2008 European Rowing Championships in September 2008. After the 2004 Olympics, the facility was completely reconstructed by the German company Hochtief. (en)
