- The Sabu-Jaddi rock art site in Sudan is a unique cluster of more than 1600 rock drawings from different historical periods expanding for more than 6000 years through different eras of Nubian civilization. however, exactly when the people living in this region began creating these images is still unknown. The site is located 600 km north of Khartoum between the villages of Sabu and . The well-preserved drawings include wild and domestic animals, humans and boats. Due to Kajbar Power Station construction plans, the site was included in the 2016 World Monuments Watch List which contains endangered monuments that need attention, promotion, and protection. (en)

Le site est situé à 600 km au nord de Khartoum entre les villages de Geddi et Sabu. Les peintures sont bien conservées et comprennent des animaux sauvages et domestiques, des humains et des bateaux. En raison des plans de construction du Barrage de Kajbar, le site a été inclus dans la Liste de l'observatoire mondial des monuments (2016) contenant des monuments en danger, qui ont besoin d'attention, de promotion et de protection.
