- La Ruta Nacional PY15, también conocida como "Corredor Bioceánico" es una carretera del Paraguay que se extiende desde la localidad fronteriza de Carmelo Peralta hasta Pozo Hondo, frontera con Argentina. Posee una extensión de 531 km, en medio del Chaco paraguayo. Junto con la rutas PY14 y PY16, es una de las tres rutas que el departamento de Alto Paraguay poseerá por primera vez, ayudándolo a salir del aislamiento. En el inicio del tramo de esta ruta se encuentra en construcción el puente internacional que conectará Carmelo Peralta con Porto Murtinho. Se prevé que esta carretera (actualmente en construcción) se transforme en un centro logístico internacional al constituirse en el paso más corto entre los puerto chilenos de Antofagasta e Iquique sobre el océano Pacífico y el puerto brasileño de Santos sobre el océano Atlántico. En febrero de 2022, Paraguay inauguró 275 km de vía (cerca de la mitad del recorrido), que conecta Carmelo Peralta (Alto Paraguay), en la frontera con Brasil, con Loma Plata (Boquerón), en el centro del país. - National Route 15 also known as Corredor Bioceánico (officially, PY15) is one of 22 national routes of Paraguay.It has an extension of 531 km, in the middle of the Paraguayan Chaco. Along with routes PY14 and , it is one of the three routes that the Alto Paraguay department will possess for the first time, helping it to come out of isolation. At the beginning of the section of this route, the international bridge that will connect Carmelo Peralta with Porto Murtinho (Brazil) is under construction, which will be financed by Itaipu.This highway (currently under construction) is expected to become an international logistics center by becoming part of the Bi-Oceanic Corridor, and being the shortest passage between the Chilean ports of Antofagasta and Iquique on the Pacific Ocean and the Brazilian port of Santos on the Atlantic Ocean.
