- Richard H. Moss is a climate scientist and former chairman of the Advisory Committee for the Sustained National Climate Assessment. In that role, he was responsible to support the publication of the Climate Science Special Report and the Fourth National Climate Assessment. Moss was previously Vice President and Managing Director for Climate Change at the World Wildlife Fund and Senior Director for Energy and Climate at the United Nations Foundation. Moss has been a member of the IPCC since 1993. (en)
