- Η Qissa (αγγλικός τίτλος: Qissa: The Tale of a Lonely Ghost) είναι Παντζάμπι Ινδο-Γερμανική δραματική ταινία παραγωγής 2013, σε σενάριο και σκηνοθεσία του Ανούπ Σινγκ. Η ταινία προβλήθηκε το 2013 στο τμήμα «Σύγχρονου Παγκόσμιου Κινηματογράφου» του Διεθνούς Φεστιβάλ Κινηματογράφου του Τορόντο, όπου κέρδισε το βραβείο Netpac για την «Παγκόσμια ή Διεθνή Ασιατική» ταινία. Στις 20 Φεβρουαρίου 2015, κυκλοφόρησε ταυτόχρονα στις Ινδικές κινηματογραφικές αίθουσες, σε DVD και Video on Demand. Το θέμα της ταινίας επικεντρώνεται στην επιθυμία ενός Σιχ άντρα να αποκτήσει γιο, ώστε να συνεχιστεί το όνομα της οικογένειάς του. (el)

The film was released in Indian theaters on 20 February 2015 nationwide and simultaneously on DVD and VOD as well. The film was screened in the Contemporary World Cinema section at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival where it won the Netpac Award for World or International Asian Film. The theme of the film focuses on desire of a Sikh man towards having a son to continue the family lineage. (en)
- Qissa, voluit Qissa: The Tale of a Lonely Ghost, is een Indiaas filmdrama. De film wordt vertoond in het Punjabi met Nederlandstalige ondertitels. Qissa kwam tot stand met behulp van Duitse en Franse fondsen, en door ondersteuning van het Nederlandse Augustus Film Fonds dat verbonden is aan het Internationaal Filmfestival van Rotterdam. Dankzij het laatste filmfonds, dat in 2014 zijn 25-jarige jubileum viert, vond de Europese première op 22 januari 2014 plaats tijdens dit Rotterdamse filmfestival. Ervoor vond er al een première plaats in Canada; de Indiase première zal hierna nog moeten plaatsvinden. In Rotterdam werd de film bekroond met de Dioraphte Award van de internationale jury. (nl)
