Psittacastis cocae is a moth in the family Depressariidae. August Busck described it in 1931. It is found in Peru. The wingspan is 11-12.5 mm. A light ochreous patch is found on the costal base of the forewings, extended in an oblique streak to the middle of the dorsum. The dorsal base is dark brown and at the costal third a broad, trapezoidal, bluish patch is terminated on the middle of the costa by two outwardly oblique, light yellow streaks. These streaks reach nearly to the end of the cell and are separated by a narrow bluish metallic streak and are edged exteriorly with white scales on the costa.
