- بروتوكول منع وقمع ومعاقبة الاتجار بالأشخاص وبخاصة الأطفال والنساء (ويعرف أيضا ببروتوكول الاتجار، وبروتوكول الاتجار بالأشخاص) هو بروتوكول تابع لاتفاقية الامم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة، وهو واحد من ثلاث بروتوكولات تعرف ببروتوكولات باليرمو، إلي جانب بروتوكول تهريب المهاجرين، وبروتوكول الأسلحة النارية. تبنت الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة البروتوكول عام 2000، وأصبح فعالا منذ 25 ديسمبر لعام 2003. المسؤول عن تنفيذ البروتوكول هو مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة، حيث يقدم المساعدات العملية في كتابة القوانين، ويقدم مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة المساعدة العملية للدول المختلفة في إنشاء القوانين وما يتعلق بها من استراتيجيات شاملة لمقاومة الاتجار بالبشر، والدعم بالموارد اللازمة لتنفيذ تلك الاستراتيجيات والقوانين. وفي عام 2009 أنشأ المكتب حملة القلب الأزرق، من أجل مناهضة الاتجار بالبشر ورفع درجة الوعي وتشجيع الأفراد والكيانات للمساعدة والانضمام. يلزم البروتوكول الدول المصدقة على البروتوكول بمنع ومحاربة الاتجار بالأشخاص وحماية ومساعدة الضحايا، والعمل في تعاون مع الدول الآخرى من أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف. - El Protocolo de las Naciones Unidas para Prevenir, Reprimir y Sancionar la Trata de Personas, Especialmente Mujeres y Niños (también conocido como el Protocolo contra la trata de personas) es un protocolo de la Convención de las Naciones Unidas contra la Delincuencia Organizada Transnacional. Es uno de los tres , los otros son y , adoptados por las Naciones Unidas en Palermo, Italia en 2000. El Protocolo de trata de personas entró en vigor el 25 de diciembre de 2003. Para mayo de 2020 há sido ratificado por 176 estados. La Oficina de Naciones Unidas contra la Droga y el Delito (UNODC por sus siglas en inglés) es responsable de la aplicación del Protocolo. Esta ofrece ayuda a los estados en la redacción de las leyes, creando estrategias nacionales antitrata de forma exhaustiva, y asistiendo con recursos para implementar estas estrategias. En marzo del 2009, la UNODC puso en marcha la campaña corazón azul para combatir el tráfico de personas, aumentar la conciencia, para fomentar la participación e inspirar la acción. El protocolo compromete la ratificación de los estados a prevenir y combatir la trata de personas, protegiendo y asistiendo a las víctimas de la trata y promoviendo cooperación entre los estados en orden de obtener esos objetivos. - The Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children (also referred to as the Trafficking Protocol or UN TIP Protocol) is a protocol to the United Nations Convention Against Transnational Organized Crime. It is one of the three Palermo protocols, the others being the Protocol Against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air and the Protocol Against the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms. The protocol was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 2000 and entered into force on 25 December 2003. As of November 2022, it has been ratified by 180 parties. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) is responsible for implementing the protocol. It offers practical help to states with drafting laws, creating comprehensive national anti-trafficking strategies, and assisting with resources to implement them. In March 2009, UNODC launched the Blue Heart Campaign to fight human trafficking, to raise awareness, and to encourage involvement and inspire action. The protocol commits ratifying states to prevent and combat trafficking in persons, protecting and assisting victims of trafficking and promoting cooperation among states in order to meet those objectives. - Le Protocole additionnel à la Convention des Nations unies contre la criminalité transnationale organisée visant à prévenir, réprimer et punir la traite des personnes, en particulier des femmes et des enfants (également appelé Protocole sur la traite ou Protocole UN TIP) est un protocole à la Convention des Nations Unies contre la criminalité transnationale organisée, aussi appelée Convention de Palerme. Il s'agit de l'un des trois protocoles de Palerme, les autres étant le Protocole contre le trafic illicite de migrants par terre, air et mer et le Protocole contre la fabrication et le trafic illicites d'armes à feu . Le protocole a été adopté par l'Assemblée générale des Nations unies en 2000 et est entré en vigueur le 25 décembre 2003. En mai 2020, il avait été ratifié par 178 parties. L'Office des Nations unies contre les drogues et le crime (ONUDC) est responsable de la mise en œuvre du protocole. Il offre une aide pratique aux États pour la rédaction de lois, la création de stratégies nationales complètes de lutte contre la traite et les ressources nécessaires à leur mise en œuvre. En mars 2009, l'ONUDC a lancé la Campagne Cœur Bleu pour lutter contre la traite des êtres humains, sensibiliser, encourager la participation et inspirer l'action. Le protocole engage les États ratifiants à prévenir et combattre la traite des personnes, à protéger et assister les victimes de la traite et à promouvoir la coopération entre les États afin d'atteindre ces objectifs. L'Ufficio delle Nazioni Unite per il controllo della droga e la prevenzione del crimine (UNODC) è responsabile per l'attuazione del protocollo. Offre aiuto pratico agli stati con elaborazione delle leggi, la creazione di complete strategie nazionali contro la tratta, e assistere con risorse appropriate per la loro attuazione. (it)
