- Prince Planet is the English-language title given to one of the earliest anime television series, Planet Boy Papi (遊星少年パピイ, Yūsei Shōnen Papī), when it was transmitted on American television in the United States in the mid-1960s. It did run on "The Works" television network before it ceased operations February 28, 2017. A 52-episode monochrome anime series, it tells the story of a member of the Universal Peace Corps, originally from the planet Radion, coming to Earth on a mission to determine if this world meets standards for membership in the Galactic Union of Worlds and assist its inhabitants during his stay. While on his mission, Prince Planet adopts the identity of an Earth boy named Bobby and gains comrades who work together alongside him fighting forces of evil, both alien and terrestrial. (en)
- 『遊星少年パピイ』（ゆうせいしょうねんパピイ）は、1965年6月3日から1966年5月27日までフジテレビ系列局で放送されていたTCJ （現・エイケン）制作のテレビアニメである。全52話。並行して、井上英沖による漫画作品が『少年』（光文社）で連載されていた。 第31話（1966年12月30日放送分）までの放送時間は毎週木曜 19:00 - 19:30 （日本標準時）で、『鉄人28号』に続く江崎グリコ提供『グリコ劇場』枠の第2作として放送されていた。『鉄人28号』と同様に、オープニングと主題歌の最後にはスポンサーの「グリコ」を連呼するコーラス「グリココール」が入っていた。このコーラス部分も含めた主題歌の作詞・作曲は三木鶏郎が、歌唱はデューク・エイセスが担当した。スポンサーには江崎グリコのほか、系列会社のグリコ乳業も名を連ねていた。 第32話（1966年1月7日放送分）からは『忍者部隊月光』との放送枠交換により、毎週金曜 19:00 - 19:30 に放送されていた。 (ja)
- Príncipe Planeta (título brasileiro para 遊星少年パピイ (transliterado para o inglês como Yūsei Shōnen Papī) é uma série animada japonesa (anime). Foram produzidos 52 episódios em preto e branco e exibidos originariamente pela Rede de Televisão Fuji entre 3 de junho de 1965 a 27 de maio de 1966. Apesar da sua antiguidade e do pioneiro e expressivo marketing em seu país de origem, essa série só foi exibida no Brasil no início da década de 1970, lançada pela extinta TV Tupi (programa vespertino chamado "Sessão Rataplan", que exibia também outros animes tais como "Homem de Aço" (Tetsujin 28-go ou Gigantor em inglês, de 1964) e o "", Yūsei Kamen, de 1966). A série passaria depois para a TV Cultura, deixando de ser transmitida em 1977, quando a TV em cores já dominava a programação no país A versão em inglês estreou em setembro de 1966 e foi distribuída pela "American International Television Productions", produtora de TV do Estúdio de Cinema American International Pictures. Assim comos outros animes, a violência da série gerou algumas críticas (dos pais americanos, principalmente), pois o herói Príncipe Planeta não hesitava em matar os vilões. Uma passagem que chamou a atenção também foi quando em um episódio uma baleia foi usada para o transporte dos amigos do Príncipe Planeta (naturalmente o animal morreu, para desgosto dos ambientalistas).
