- Philipp Blom és un historiador, novel·lista, periodista i traductor. Va néixer l'any 1970 a Hamburg, Alemanya, i va estudiar a Viena i a Oxford. Blom ha publicat dues novel·les: The Simmons Papers i Luxor (in German).
