The Pfeiffer Falcons are the athletic teams that represent Pfeiffer University, located in Misenheimer, North Carolina, in Division III intercollegiate sporting competitions of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The school transitioned from Division II to the non-scholarship Division III, and joined the D-III USA South Athletic Conference starting in the 2017–18 school year. The Falcons previously competed in the NCAA Division II level, primarily competing in the Conference Carolinas from 1960–61 to 2016–17.
