- P. Bhaskaran (Pulloottupadathu Bhaskaran Nair; Malayalam പി. ഭാസ്കരൻ; * 24. April 1924 in bei Thrissur, Kerala; † 25. Februar 2007 in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala) war ein indischer Liedtexter, Regisseur und Schauspieler. Als prominente Figur einer regionalsprachlichen Kinoproduktion drehte er seine Filme ausschließlich in Malayalam. In dieser Sprache schrieb er auch mehrere tausend Liedtexte für eine Vielzahl von Spielfilmen. (de)
- Pulloottupadathu Bhaskaran alias as P. Bhaskaran (21 April 1924 – 25 February 2007), was a Malayalam poet, lyricist of Malayalam film songs, and filmmaker. He penned more than 3000 songs for about 250 films. He also directed 44 Malayalam feature films and three documentaries, produced six feature films, and acted in several movies. For his overall contributions to Malayalam cinema, he was awarded J. C. Daniel Award by the Government of Kerala. He was also a journalist and an All India Radio employee before becoming active in the film industry. He was well known for the simple use of language in his songs and poems. (en)

Untuk seluruh kontribusinya pada sinema Malayalam, ia dianugerahi Penghargaan J. C. Daniel oleh Pemerintah Kerala.
