- L'Orde de la Creu de San Ramon de Penyafort fou creada per decret del 23 de gener de 1944, festivitat de Sant Ramon de Penyafort, patró dels juristes, per tal de premiar els rellevants mèrits contrets pels qui intervenen en l'administració de justícia i en el seu cultiu i aplicació de l'estudi del dret en totes les seves branques, així com els serveis prestats sense nota desfavorable en les activitats jurídiques dependents del Ministeri de Justícia. En virtut de l'autorització continguda en l'article sisè del Decret, s'han anat dictant disposicions que desenvolupen i complementen les normes que es van establir per a la concessió de la condecoració esmentada, i amb la finalitat d'evitar la dificultat i confusió en les cites i aconseguir la unificació de la disposició normativa proposta del Ministre de Justícia. Eine Verleihung erfolgt durch das Justizministerium an In- und Ausländer. Benannt ist der Orden nach dem katholischen Kirchenrechtsgelehrten Raimondo de Peñafort, der 1601 von Papst Clemens VII. heiliggesprochen wurde. (de)

Fue instaurada por decreto del 23 de enero de 1944, festividad de San Raimundo de Peñafort, patrón de los juristas. En virtud de la autorización contenida en el artículo sexto del Decreto referido, se han ido dictando disposiciones que desarrollan y complementan las normas que se establecieron para la concesión de la condecoración mencionada, y con el fin de evitar la dificultad y confusión en las citas y conseguir la unificación de la disposición normativa propuesta del Ministro de Justicia. - Order Krzyża Świętego Rajmunda z Penafort (hiszp. Orden de la Cruz de San Raimundo de Peñafort) – hiszpańskie, cywilne odznaczenie państwowe utworzone w 1944 przez gen. Francisco Franco. Zostało nazwane imieniem św. Rajmunda z Penafort (1180–1275), patrona prawników, kanonizowanego w 1601. Order został ustanowiony dla nagradzania zasług prawników, sędziów, adwokatów i innych pracowników służb sądowych, a także specjalistów prawa kanonicznego. Order dzieli się pięć klas:
* Krzyż Wielki (Gran Cruz), łańcuch i wielka wstęga z gwiazdą,
* Krzyż Honorowy (Cruz de Honor), łańcuch z gwiazdą,
* Krzyż I Klasy (Cruz Distinguida de 1ª Clase), komandoria z gwiazdą,
* Krzyż II Klasy (Cruz Distinguida de 2ª Clase), komandoria,
* Krzyż (Cruz Sencilla), na wstążce, oraz trzy medale:
* Złoty Medal Zasługi Prawnej (Medalla de Oro del Mérito a la Justicia), na wstążce,
* Srebrny Medal Zasługi Prawnej (Medalla de Plata del Mérito a la Justicia), na wstążce,
* Brązowy Medal Zasługi Prawnej (Medalla de Bronce del Mérito a la Justicia), na wstążce. Właściwym insygnium orderu jest srebrem obramowany, zakończony srebrnymi kulkami krzyż biało emaliowany wzoru maltańskiego. Między ramionami krzyża wstawione są cztery „ósemki” zbudowane ze srebrnych wstążek. Za krzyżem jest umieszczony pionowo miecz w dół. W środku krzyża znajduje się wizerunek św. Rajmunda z Penafort na błękitnej wstędze z inskrypcją: „IN IURE MERITA” („W PRAWIE ZASŁUGA”). Na pionowych ramionach krzyża znajduje się napis: „S. RAYMUNDUS PENNAFORT”. (pl)
