- تصنيف التدخلات التمريضية (بالإنجليزية: Nursing Interventions Classification) هو عبارة عن نظام تصنيف الرعاية الذي يصف الأنشطة التي يقوم بها الممرضون كجزء من مرحلة التخطيط (Planning phase) من عملية التمريض [Nursing process] مرتبط مع وضع خطة الرعاية التمريضية [Nursing care plan]. تصنيف التدخلات التمريضية مزوّد بـِ أربع مستويات هرمية أول مستويان يحتويان على قائمة مكونة من 433 تدخلا (Interventions) مختلفا، ولكل منها تعريف عام، ثم في المستوى الأرضي قائمة بعدد متغير من الأنشطة الخاصة التي يمكن للممرض القيام بها لاستكمال التدخلات. يشكل المستويان الثانيان تصنيفا يتم فيهما تجميع كل تدخل في 27 فصلا، ويتم تجميع كل فصل في 6 مجالات. القصد من هذا الهيكل هو التسهيل على الممرض في اختيار التدخل المناسب للحالة، واستخدام الكمبيوتر لوصف التدخلات من حيث التسميات الموحدة للتصنيفات والمجالات. والمقصد الآخر هو لتسهيل استخدام الحد الأدنى من البيانات التمريضية (Nursing Minimum Data Set NMDS). - El sistema de clasificación de procedimientos de enfermería, por sus iniciales en inglés NIC (Nursing Interventions Classification) es un sistema de clasificación del cuidado que describe las actividades que el enfermero realizará como partede la fase de planificación de la atención de enfermería, asociado con la creación de un plan de cuidados de enfermería. Este sistema genera cuatro niveles jerárquicos, cuyos dos primeros constan de una lista de 542 intervenciones de enfermería, cada una con una definición en términos generales; los dos niveles inferiores, consisten en un número variable de actividades específicas que un enfermero puede realizar para completar la intervención. Estos dos últimos niveles forman una taxonomía donde cada intervención es agrupada dentro de una de las 30 clases, y la clase dentro de uno de los 7 campos. Las razones para generar este sistema son varias, dentro de las cuales destacan el hacer más fácil para un enfermero la selección de una intervención para una situación determinada, y de utilizar un ordenador para describir la intervención en términos de etiquetas normalizadas para las clases y campos determinados, así mismo es especialmente útil a los estudiantes de enfermería en la enseñanza de toma de decisiones, y también la determinación de los costos derivados de la atención de enfermería. - The Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC) is a care classification system which describes the activities that nurses perform as a part of the planning phase of the nursing process associated with the creation of a nursing care plan. The NIC provides a four level hierarchy whose first two levels consists of a list of 433 different interventions, each with a definition in general terms, and then the ground-level list of a variable number of specific activities a nurse could perform to complete the intervention. The second two levels form a taxonomy in which each intervention is grouped into 27 classes, and each class is grouped into six domains. An intent of this structure is to make it easier for a nurse to select an intervention for the situation, and to use a computer to describe the intervention in terms of standardized labels for classes and domains. Another intent is in each case to make it easy to use a Nursing Minimum Data Set (NMDS). The terminology is an American Nurses' Association–recognized terminology, which is included in the UMLS, and is HL7 registered. (en)
