Norman Foster (birth registered fourth ¼ 1907 – February 1999) was an English professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s, and coached in the 1940s and 1950s. He played at representative level for England and Yorkshire, and at club level for Keighley (two spells), Halifax, Hull Kingston Rovers and Newcastle RLFC, as a centre, i.e. number 3 or 4, and coached at club level for Keighley (A-Team Assistant Coach to Billy Watson), (see also Prince-Smith baronets) and .
