The New Zealand Law Society (Māori: Te Kāhui Ture o Aotearoa) is the parent body for barristers and solicitors in New Zealand. It was established in 1869, and regulates all lawyers practising in New Zealand. Ursprünglich bestanden 14 eigenständige District Law Societies mit eigenständiger Regulierungskompetenz, die in der Verbandsstruktur der New Zealand Law Society föderal zusammenarbeiteten.
