- Vnitrostátně stanovené příspěvky (zkráceně NDC z anglického Nationally Determined Contributions) nebo zamýšlené vnitrostátně stanovené příspěvky (INDC, z anglického Intended Nationally Determined Contributions) jsou nezávazné národní plány zdůrazňující opatření v oblasti klimatu, včetně klimatických cílů pro snížení emisí skleníkových plynů, politik a opatření, které vlády hodlají zavést v reakci na změnu klimatu a jako příspěvek k dosažení globálních cílů stanovených v Pařížské dohodě. - Las Contribuciones Determinadas a Nivel Nacional (NDC, por sus siglas en inglés) son reducciones previstas de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero en virtud de la Convención Marco de las Naciones Unidas sobre el Cambio Climático (CMNUCC). Las contribuciones determinadas a nivel nacional son una serie de medidas y acciones que los países que son parte del Acuerdo de París planean realizar para reducir sus emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero y adaptarse al cambio climático. Según el Acuerdo de París, los países firmantes deben esbozar y comunicar sus acciones climáticas. Los países que firmaron la CMNUCC debían presentar sus NDC previstas en la Conferencia de las Naciones Unidas sobre el Cambio Climático de 2013 celebrada en Varsovia, Polonia, en noviembre de 2013. Las contribuciones previstas se determinaron sin perjuicio de la naturaleza jurídica de las contribuciones. El término fue concebido como un compromiso entre "limitación cuantificada de emisiones y objetivo de reducción" (QUELRO) y "acciones de mitigación apropiadas a nivel nacional" (NAMA) que el Protocolo de Kioto utilizó para describir las diferentes obligaciones legales de los países desarrollados y en desarrollo. Las NDC deben actualizarse y presentarse cada cinco años. Todas las primeras NDC de los países firmantes del Acuerdo de París deben ser presentadas en 2020. - Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) of Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDC), “nationaal vastgestelde (klimaat)doelstellingen”, zijn een evaluatiemechanisme, afgesproken in het kader van het Klimaatverdrag, en meer bepaald het Akkoord van Parijs. Individuele landen moeten volgens het akkoord hun inspanningen uitwerken, internationaal rapporteren en regelmatig bijwerken, aan de hand van vastgelegde criteria. De NDC’s werden voor het eerst afgesproken op de Klimaatconferentie Warschau 2013 (COP-19). In de praktijk verloopt de rapportage echter niet altijd vlekkeloos, zoals nog bleek op de Klimaatconferentie van Katowice 2018. De NDC-doelstellingen worden om de vijf jaar (2015, 2020,…) neergelegd op het UNFCCC-secretariaat. Daar worden ze opgenomen in een publiek toegankelijk register (NDC registry). Op 19 mei 2022 hadden 194 partijen hun eerste NDC's ingediend, en 15 Partijen hun tweede NDC. (nl)
