- يهدف أنبوب مؤشر نمو المتفطرات (MGIT) إلى الكشف عن المتفطرات واستخلاصها. يحتوي أنبوب مؤشر نمو المتفطرات على 7 مل من قاعدة سائل الميدلبروك 7H9 المعدلة. الوسط الكامل، مع تخصيب الأو إيه دي سي (OADC) وخليط من المضاد الحيوي بانتا هو أكثر الوسائط السائلة استخدامًا في زراعة المتفطرات. إن جميع أنواع العينات الإكلينيكية، الرئوية بالإضافة إلى غير الرئوية (ما عدا الدم و البول)، يمكن معالجتها للعزل الأولي في أنبوب مؤشر نمو المتفطرات باستخدام طرق قديمة. بعد تلقيح العينات المعالجة، تجب مراقبة أنبوب مؤشر نمو المتفطرات باستمرار إما يدويًا أو عن طريق نظام باكتيك إم جي آي تي 960 حتي تعطي نتيجة إيجابية أو نهاية بروتوكول الاختبار. - Mycobacteria Growth Indicator Tube (MGIT) is intended for the detection and recovery of mycobacteria. The MGIT Mycobacteria Growth Indicator Tube contains 7 mL of modified Middlebrook 7H9 Broth base. The complete medium, with OADC enrichment and PANTA antibiotic mixture, is one of the most commonly used liquid media for the cultivation of mycobacteria. All types of clinical specimens, pulmonary as well as extra-pulmonary (except blood and urine), can be processed for primary isolation in the MGIT tube using conventional methods. After processed specimen is inoculated, MGIT tube must be continuously monitored either manually or by automated instruments until positive or the end of the testing protocol. (en)
