There was a socially distanced and masked audience due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Miss Hong Kong 2019 winner Carmaney Wong crowned her successor Lisa-Marie Tse at the end of the pageant. - 2020香港小姐競選（第48屆）是電視廣播有限公司舉辦的選美活動，亦是2020年TVB Amazing Summer推介的綜藝節目之一。該年度的競選口號為「逆市筍工」。總決賽於2020年8月30日在將軍澳電視城一號錄影廠舉行，由林溥來、麥美恩、陸浩明及鄭裕玲擔任大會司儀，並由莎莎化妝品專門店贊助。 受2019冠狀病毒病香港疫情影響，TVB一度對外宣布港姐將停辦一年，但事隔半月又宣布復辦，並會善用網絡平台進行甄選，在總決賽當晚也不會招待現場觀眾（最上鏡小姐評判及「星級」評審除外）。另一方面，雖然歷屆都有來自海外的佳麗參選，但因疫情令不少國家設立出入境限制，使到本屆只有兩位海外港人佳麗參選，包括冠軍謝嘉怡（來自蘇格蘭）及第二輪被淘汰的張盈悅（來自洛杉磯）。此外，《2020香港小姐競選決賽》在《紐約電視電影節2021》榮獲「最佳製作設計/美術指導組別」銅獎，亦在《萬千星輝頒獎典禮2020》奪得「最佳非戲劇節目」獎項，成為第一屆《香港小姐競選》在《萬千星輝頒獎典禮》奪獎的一屆。 (zh)
