- The Masada cableway is an aerial tramway at the ancient fortress of Masada, Israel. Its bottom station is 257 m below and its summit station is 33 metres above sea level, thereby making it the lowest aerial tramway in the world. The cableway was built in 1971 by the Karl Brändle company of Switzerland to carry people to the ruins at the top of the plateau. It had one aerial tramway support pillar and two cabins with a length of 900 metres and an elevation change of 290 metres. It was replaced in 1998 by an aerial tramway built by Von Roll without any support pillar, thus allowing the cabin's hanger to completely enclose the two track ropes and the haul rope. The cars run every fifteen (15) minutes during operating hours.

- O Teleférico de Massada é uma linha aérea de bonde na antiga fortaleza de Massada, Israel. É o mais baixo teleférico do mundo e provavelmente o único a percorrer uma distância quase que totalmente abaixo do nível médio das águas do mar, uma vez que sua estação, no cume do monte, está localizada a 33 metros acima do nível do mar e a estação no seu ponto mais baixo encontra-se a exatamente 257 metros abaixo do nível do mar. Ele foi construído em 1971 pela empresa Karl Brändle da Suíça, para transportar turistas possibilitando assim uma confortável ascensão até as ruínas datadas de 40 a.C. a 30 a.C. situadas no topo do platô. O teleférico percorre, em três minutos, uma diferença de 290 metros de altura numa extensão de 900 metros de comprimento.
