- Der Naturpark Märkische Schweiz ist mit einer Fläche von 205 km² das kleinste Großschutzgebiet im Land Brandenburg. Dabei wurde der südliche Teil der Märkischen Schweiz um Buckow am 1. Dezember 1990 mit dem Nationalparkprogramm der DDR als Großschutzgebiet festgesetzt und ist damit der älteste Naturpark in Brandenburg. Träger des Naturparks ist das Land Brandenburg. Als Wappentier fungiert die Gemeine Keiljungfer. Hauptort des Naturparks ist Buckow. (de)
