- Luis Figueroa (Filadelfia, 18 de septiembre de 1989) es un cantante y compositor estadounidense de origen puertorriqueño de los géneros musicales pop latino y salsa. Estudió en el Berklee College of Music y en su adolescencia participó en programas como Star Search, Sábado Gigante y American Idol. Ha adquirido reconocimiento internacional luego de realizar versiones de canciones de artistas como Elijah Blake, Trey Songz y Omarion en YouTube. A raíz de su versión de «Flor Palida» llamó la atención del cantante Marc Anthony, lo que lo llevó a firmar un acuerdo con Magnus, el sello discográfico del salsero. En 2018 acompañó al cantante y compositor Romeo Santos como vocalista en tres de sus giras internacionales, incluyendo la gira mundial Golden Tour. En 2019, publica su primer sencillo para Sony Music Latin, La Especialista, el cual alcanza el puesto 27 en la cartelera Latin Pop Airplay de Billboard permaneciendo durante 8 semanas, y su sencillo de pre-lanzamiento del álbum debut, Te Deseo, ha alcanzado el puesto 24 en la lista Latin Pop Airplay, permaneciendo 11 semanas en la cartelera. - Luis Figueroa (born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S., on September 18, 1989) is a singer and songwriter of Puerto Rican origin of the Latin pop music genre. He studied at the Berklee College of Music and in his teens he participated in shows such as Star Search, Sábado Gigante and American Idol. He has gained international recognition after covering songs by artists like Elijah Blake, Trey Songz, and Omarion on YouTube. As a result of his version of "Flor Palida" he caught the attention of singer Marc Anthony, which led him to sign an agreement with Magnus, the salsa star’s record label. In 2018 he accompanied Romeo Santos as a vocalist on three of his international tours, including the world tour "Golden Tour". In 2019, he released his first single for Sony Music Latin, “La Especialista”, which reached number 27 on Billboard Latin Pop Airplay chart, remaining for 8 weeks, and the pre-release single from his debut album, “Te Deseo ”, peaked at number 24 on Latin Pop Airplay chart, spending 11 weeks on billboard. He has received an award at the Premios Juventud (2016) for his version of “Flor Pálida”, performing with Marc Anothony live on the Univisión channel.
