- Loïc Lantoine is a French singer and songwriter born in Armentières, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France. He wrote songs for Jehan in Les ailes de Jehan and for Allain Leprest and in 2000 for the show Ne nous quittons plus. He also became part of formations La Rue Kétanou, he was a founder of Mon côté punk. He was part of a duo with François Pierron, and then a quartet by including Eric Philippon and Joseph Doherty, and finally a quintet with the addition of Thomas Fiancette all under the name Les Loïc Lantoine. In April 2013, he released his solo album J’ai changé. (en)

Il commence par fréquenter les bistrots parisiens avec des amis musiciens tels que La Rue Ketanou, Dikès ou le poète rockeur Stéphane Cadé. Puis, il commence à faire les premières parties de groupes comme les Ogres de Barback ou François Hadji-Lazaro. Mais il est d'abord parolier pour des artistes tels que Jehan (Les ailes de Jehan, paroles coécrites avec Allain Leprest) et Allain Leprest dont il a fréquenté l'atelier d'écriture, avant de commencer à chanter sur ses propres compositions, particulièrement pour le spectacle Ne nous quittons plus en 2000, avec les mêmes Jehan et Leprest. Même si Loïc Lantoine a chanté de façon régulière avec d'autres groupes : La Rue Ketanou, Mon côté punk dont il est un des fondateurs, son duo avec , puis quartet avec et , et enfin quintet avec , reste son groupe de référence : Les Loïc Lantoine.
