The Linux Kernel Library is a project started by Octavian Purdila at University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest's IXIA sponsored laboratories, IXLABS. The project's goal is to use the Linux kernel as a linkable library, so that the non-static functions from the kernel can be called from some external program.
