Blei(II)-titanat ist ein gelbes, wasserunlösliches Pulver. Bei höheren Temperaturen nimmt Bleititanat eine kubische Perowskitstruktur an. Beim Erreichen der Curie-Temperatur von 447 °C wird das Material ferroelektrisch und nimmt eine tetragonale Struktur an.
