- Kulturhaus Abraxas estas kultura institucio de la grandurbo Aŭgsburgo. La Reese Kazerno antaŭe estis posedata fare de la Usona armeo kaj iĝis posedaĵo de la . En 1995 ili konstruis kulturan centron kun teatro kun 150 sidlokoj, ekspoziciejo, studioj, provludejoj kaj restoracio. Ekde januaro 1996 la kulturaj centroprogramoj okazas tie plejparte muziko, aparte ĵazo, kaj ankaŭ teatro, manifestacioj kaj ekspozicioj. Ekde februaro 1998 ankaŭ la Federacia Unuiĝo de Vidaj Artistoj estas situanta en la oficejo de Abraxas kaj uzas la ekspoziciejon. Ĉiujare la amaskomunikilara artfestivalo okazas ĉe Abraxas. (eo)
- Das Kulturhaus Abraxas ist eine kulturelle Einrichtung der Stadt Augsburg. Abraxas steht hierbei für atrium, bühne, restaurant, ateliers, experimentelle Musik in augsburg an der sommestraße. Zurzeit wird das Kulturhaus von Gerald Fiebig geleitet. Nachdem die US-Streitkräfte die Reese-Kaserne 1994 der Bundesvermögensverwaltung übergeben hatten, mietete die Stadt Augsburg 1995 das von der Army als Family Recreation Center genutzte ehemalige Offizierskasino der Somme-Kaserne und errichtete hier ein Kulturzentrum mit Theater für 150 Plätze, eine Ausstellungshalle, Ateliers, Musik-Übungsräumen und Restaurant. Seit Januar 1996 finden hier vor allem Musik-, insbesondere Jazz, und Theaterdarbietungen sowie Ausstellungen statt. Seit März 1997 steht das Märchenzelt auf dem Freigelände. Seit Februar 1998 befindet sich im Abraxas die Geschäftsstelle des Bundesverbandes Bildender Künstlerinnen und Künstler Schwaben-Nord & Augsburg e.V., der dort auch die Kunsthalle BBK betreibt. Seit 2003 findet jährlich das Festival für Medienkunst, Klangkunst und elektronische Musik Lab.30 statt. (de)

The city of Augsburg rented it in 1995 from the Army and used the former of the Somme Barracks region as a 'Family Recreation Center', building a cultural center with a 150-seat theater, an exhibition hall, studios, music practice rooms, and a restaurant. Since January 1996, the cultural center's program has mainly featured music, especially jazz, and also theater, demonstrations, and exhibitions.
