Konimex District is a district of Navoiy Region in Uzbekistan. The capital lies at the town Konimex. It has an area of 9,250 km2 (3,570 sq mi) and its population is 36,200 (2021 est.). The district consists of 5 urban-type settlements (Konimex, Balaqaraq, Mamiqchi, Shoʻrtepa, Zafarobod) and 7 rural communities. Until 2018, when it became part of Konimex District, the town Zafarobod was part of the Gʻijduvon District (Bukhara Region).
