- إيَّاد خيري روحي الحَلَّاق (1988 في وادي الجوز، القدس – 30 مايو 2020 في باب الأسباط، القدس) هو شابٌ فلسطيني مُصاب بالتوحُّد، قتلتهُ شرطة حرس حدود إسرائيل (مشمار جفول) بالرَّصَّاص نتيجة عدم وقوفه عند حاجز تفتيش لها قرب باب الأسباط في القدس، بعد هروبه من المكان بدأ ضُبَّاط الشرطة إطلاق النار صوبه حيث بيّن التشريح إصابته برصاصتين اخترقت جسده من أصل سبع رصاصات أُطلقت عليه. قالت عائلة الحلاق أنه كانَ مصابًا بالتوحد، ويعاني من تأخر في النمو العقلي وأن مستواه في التفكير لا يتجاوز طفل في السابعة من عمره، وهو كان يتردد إلى مؤسسة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة يوميًا. وازن أصدقاء وعائلة الحلاق والأمين العام لمُنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية صائب عريقات مع مقتل جورج فلويد. أعلنت عائلة الحلاق في 23 يوليو 2020 عزمها تشكيل فريق قانوني بالتعاون مع مجموعة من المحامين لمتابعة ملف قتل إياد الحلاق. - On 30 May 2020, Eyad al-Hallaq, (Arabic: إياد الحلاق ’iiad alhilaq) a 32-year-old autistic Palestinian man, was shot and killed by Israeli Police after not stopping at the Lions' Gate checkpoint in Jerusalem when he was ordered to do so by officers stationed nearby. He fled from the area and police attempted to "neutralize" Halaq during the chase with at least seven shots fired in his direction. Halaq's relatives stated he was an autistic man who was heading to a school for students with special needs that he attended daily when he was shot by police. Friends and family of Halaq and the Secretary General of the Palestine Liberation Organization, Saab Erekat, have drawn parallels with police brutality in the United States and the murder of George Floyd. Dia melarikan diri dari daerah itu dan polisi berusaha untuk "menetralisir" Hallaq selama pengejaran dengan sedikitnya tujuh tembakan dilepaskan ke arahnya. Kerabat Hallaq menyatakan dia adalah seorang pria autis yang sedang menuju ke sekolah untuk siswa berkebutuhan khusus yang dia hadiri setiap hari ketika dia ditembak oleh polisi.
