Theodis Kain Colter is a former American football player who played multiple positions for the Northwestern Wildcats, mostly as a quarterback and wide receiver. Colter is also a co-founder of the College Athletes Players Association, or CAPA, which is a labor organization established to assert college athletes' status as employees with the right to collectively bargain for basic protections.
