- Der Jungsche Typenindex oder JTI (Jungian Type Indicator) ist eine Alternative zum MBTI. Er wurde 2001 von Optimas veröffentlicht und über einen Zeitraum von 10 Jahren von den norwegischen Psychologen Thor Ødegård und Hallvard E. Ringstad entwickelt. Der JTI ist dafür entwickelt worden, gemäß der Theorie von Carl Gustav Jung Präferenzen festzustellen. (de)
- La typologie jungienne est une théorie des types psychologiques proposée en 1921 par le psychiatre suisse Carl Gustav Jung pour caractériser le mode de fonctionnement psychologique d'un sujet . Elle aboutit à distinguer seize types psychologiques, suivant la fonction cognitive dominante (quatre possibilités), son orientation introvertie ou extravertie, et l'orientation de la fonction cognitive auxiliaire sur l'axe complémentaire. Les types psychologiques de Jung doivent être vus comme des outils permettant de diagnostiquer les différences de fonctionnement psychologique entre les individus. Au lieu de reprocher à une personne son mode de raisonnement, on peut comprendre que cette personne est d'un type différent et donc aborde le monde selon d'autres priorités que les siennes. Les différences de types psychologiques peuvent être utilisées comme un outil pour comprendre les différences de fonctionnement des autres. Ces types sont applicables, selon Jung, à toutes les cultures. Cette typologie a été reprise (sous une présentation différente) par la typologie du Myers Briggs Type Indicator et par celle de la Socionique. (fr)
- The Jungian Type Index (JTI) is an alternative to the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Introduced by Optimas in 2001, the JTI was developed over a 10-year period in Norway by psychologists Thor Ødegård and Hallvard E: Ringstad. The JTI was designed to help capture individuals' preferred usage of the psychological functions identified by Carl Jung in his book Psychological Types, such as thinking vs feeling and sensing vs intuition. The JTI's questions and methodology for identifying the preferred functions differs from the MBTI. For example it eliminates word pairs, which can be troublesome to translate from English into other languages. In many languages, the sentence context frames the meaning of a word, while in English the words themselves may denote more meaning. (en)

Владелец авторских прав — компания «Оптимас», 2001. Опросник JTI разрабатывали в Норвегии в течение 10 лет психологи Тор Одегорд (Thor Ødegård) и Хальвард Рингстад (Hallvard E: Ringstad). Основные параметры, которые выявляет опросник — это пары взаимно вытесняющих (по Юнгу) психологических функций:

* ощущение (восприятие) — интуиция Вопросы JTI и методика определения преобладающих функций отличаются от методики Майерс — Бриггс. К примеру, опросник избегает использовать пары слов, которые могут вызвать затруднение при переводе опросника с английского на другие языки (по небесспорному мнению авторов теста, во многих языках контекст предложения определяет смысл слова, в то время как в английском слова несут смысл сами по себе). Опросник JTI почти полностью вытеснил MBTI в Дании, поскольку основной распространитель последнего, Center for Ledelse, прекратил покупку лицензии на MBTI в конце 2004 года. Вместо него центр стал покупать и продлевать лицензию на JTI, который считается качественно лучшим, чем MBTI; кроме того, лицензия на JTI стоит дешевле.
