- La Regulació insular de les Antilles Neerlandeses (en neerlandès: Eilandenregeling Nederlandse Antillen o ERNA) és una llei neerlandesa que descriu l'autonomia dels diferents territoris insulars de les Antilles Neerlandeses. Fou sancionada per reial decret el 3 de març de 1951 i es mantingué en vigència, amb esmenes de reforç, fins a la dissolució de les Antilles Neerlandeses el 10 d'octubre de 2010. Juntament amb la , la Regulació insular descriu la fundació del govern de les illes. El fet que la Constitució de les Antilles Neerlandeses depengués de la Regulació insular, i que la Regulació insular fos més antiga que la Constitució, ha portat a molts acadèmics a descriure les Antilles com un acord federal. - The Islands Regulation of the Netherlands Antilles (Dutch: Eilandenregeling Nederlandse Antillen, ERNA; Papiamento: Regulashon Insular delas Antias Hulandes, RIAH) described the autonomy of the island territories of the Netherlands Antilles. It was enacted on 3 March 1951 by royal decree and remained in force, in a consolidated form, until the dissolution of the Netherlands Antilles on 10 October 2010. Together with the Constitution of the Netherlands Antilles, the Islands Regulation described the foundation of the government of the Netherlands Antilles. The fact that the Constitution depended on the Islands Regulation led many scholars to regard the Netherlands Antilles as a federal arrangement. (en)
- De Eilandenregeling Nederlandse Antillen (ERNA) legde de autonomie van de verschillende eilandgebieden in de Nederlandse Antillen vast. De regeling werd afgekondigd op 3 maart 1951 per Koninklijk Besluit, vier jaar voordat de Staatsregeling van de Nederlandse Antillen van kracht werd, en bleef in gewijzigde vorm van kracht tot de Nederlandse Antillen werden opgeheven op 10 oktober 2010. Samen met de Staatsregeling vormde de eilandenregeling de constitutie van de Nederlandse Antillen. Net als in een federale staat werden in de eilandenregeling slechts de zaken die niet tot de aangelegenheden van de eilandgebieden behoorden opgesomd (in artikel 2). Alle andere aangelegenheden werden als aangelegenheden van de eilanden beschouwd. Hierom werden de Nederlandse Antillen vaak gezien als federatieve staat. (nl)
