- تنطوي معالجة الفواتير، على معالجة الفواتير الواردة منذ وصولها إلى تسديدها. توجد عدّة أنواع واختلافات للفواتير. تُصنّف بشكل عام إلى نوعين: 1.
* الفواتير المرتبطة بطلب شركة داخلي أو طلب شراء (الفواتير المُستندة إلى طلب شراء). 2.
* الفواتير غير المرتبطة بطلب (الفواتير غير المُستندة إلى طلب شراء). لدى مُعظم المؤسسات تعليمات واضحة تتعلق بالطريقة التي يجب أن تُعالج بها الفواتير الواردة. من الشائع وجود طريقة تعامل لمعالجة الفواتير المُستندة إلى طلب الشراء وطريقة أخرى للتعامل مع الفواتير غير المُستندة إلى طلب شراء. لدى بعض الشركات متطلبات خاصّة تعتمد على نوع المعاملة أو قيمتها بالدولار. عموماً، يُعالج كلا نوعي الفواتير في قسم الحسابات المُستحقّة للدفع. تُعرف العمليّة التي يتم التحقّق فيها من فاتورة المورّد ودفعها بدورة الشراء والتسديد. - Invoice Processing : involves the handling of incoming invoices from arrival to payment. Invoices have many variations and types. In general, invoices are grouped into two types: 1. Invoices associated with a company's internal request or purchase order (PO-based invoices) and 2. Invoices that do not have an associated request (non-PO invoices). Most organizations have clear instructions regarding the way that they should process incoming invoices. It is common to have one approach for PO-based invoices, and another for non-PO invoices. Some companies also have unique requirements based on the type or dollar amount of a transaction. In general, both types of invoices are processed by a company's accounts payable department. The process in which a supplier invoice is validated and paid is also known as the purchase-to-pay cycle. (en)
