- Die International Challenge of Champions ist ein jährlich ausgetragenes 9-Ball-Poolbillardturnier. Von 1991 bis 2012 fand es im Mohegan Sun Hotel in Uncasville in Connecticut in den USA statt. 2013 wurde es nicht ausgetragen. 2014 fand es im Harrah’s Resort Southern California im in Kalifornien statt, 2015 in Immokalee in Florida. Seit 2009 nehmen jeweils vier eingeladene Poolbillardspieler teil. Der Gewinner bekommt dabei das gesamte Preisgeld von 25.000 US-Dollar. Chao Fong-Pang ist mit drei Titeln der erfolgreichste Spieler des Turniers. Oliver Ortmann ist mit zwei Turniersiegen der erfolgreichste Deutsche. (de)

It has always been broadcast on ESPN and is sanctioned by the World Pool-Billiard Association. As of 2009, four invited notable players compete in this single-elimination event. Different from other pool tournaments, this is a winner-take-all event: The winner earns the entire purse of the division (men's or women's); in 2009, the men's-division pot was US$25,000. Het wordt gehouden sinds 1991 en is daarmee het op-één-na langstbestaande pool-toernooi in de Verenigde Staten, na het US Open Nine-ball Championship. Niels Feijen was in 2007 de eerste Nederlander die de titel Champion of Champions en de daarbij behorende $50.000,- won. De andere deelnemers kregen niets, want de gehele prijzenpot gaat altijd naar de winnaar bij de International Challenge of Champions. (nl)
