- IATF, anglicky plným jménem International Automotive Task Force (Mezinárodní automobilová pracovní skupina) je pracovní skupina vytvořená některými automobilkami za účelem zvyšování a standardizace kvality výroby v dodavatelském řetězci. Účelem je u dodavatelů zajistit prvotřídní jakost, produktivitu, konkurenceschopnost a neustálé zlepšování, ale také standardizovat systém certifikace a auditování. Výsledkem této snahy je vytvoření a zavedení standardu IATF 16949 z roku 2016. (cs)
- Die IATF (International Automotive Task Force) ist eine „zweckspezifische“ Arbeitsgruppe, die sich aus Vertretern der meist nordamerikanischen und europäischen Automobilhersteller und Automobilverbänden zusammensetzt und sich mit der Harmonisierung (Vereinheitlichung) der Standards (Normen) zur Verbesserung der Produktqualität für Automobilkunden befasst. Die IATF wurde zur Erfüllung folgender Aufgaben gegründet:
* Entwicklung eines internationalen Konsens über die grundlegenden QM-Systemforderungen – in erster Linie für die Anwendung bei den teilnehmenden Unternehmen, direkten Lieferanten (Tier 1 Supplier) von Produktionsmaterial, Ersatzteilen und Bearbeitungsdienstleistungen (z. B.: Wärme- und Oberflächenbehandlung sowie Beschichtung). Die erarbeiteten Forderungen sollen aber auch anderen interessierten Anwendern in der Automobilbranche zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
* Entwicklung von Richtlinien und Verfahrensanweisungen zur weltweiten Anwendung eines einheitlichen 3rd Party Zertifizierungsverfahrens.
* Bereitstellung eines geeigneten Schulungsprogramms zur Unterstützung der IATF 16949 Forderungen und des entsprechenden Zertifizierungsverfahrens.
* Entwicklung offizieller Beziehungen zu relevanten Organisationen, um die Ziele der IATF zu unterstützen. (de)
- The International Automotive Task Force (IATF) is an ad hoc group of automotive manufacturers and related industry associations formed to improve the collective quality control across supply chains in the automotive industry. Specifically, the purposes for which the IATF was established are: 1.
* Develop a consensus regarding international fundamental quality system requirements for production materials, products and services (e.g., heat treating, painting and plating). 2.
* Develop policies and procedures for the common IATF third party registration scheme to ensure consistency worldwide. 3.
* Provide appropriate training to support IATF 16949 requirements and the IATF registration scheme. 4.
* Establish formal liaisons with appropriate bodies to support IATF objectives. (en)
