- في ميكانيكا الموائع، التدفق الباطني (بالإنجليزية: Internal flow) هو تدفق المائع محدودًا بسطح، وعليه لا تستطيع الطبقة الحدية أن تتكون دون أن تقيّد في نهاية الأمر. ومن أشهر أمثلة التدفق الداخلي هو التدفق داخل الأنابيب. وتعد دراسة خصائص التدفق الداخلي أمرًا هامًا لمراعاة تسخين أو تبريد الموائع داخل هذه الأسطح الحاكمة للمائع، سواء في المجالات الكيميائية أو البيئية أو تحويل الطاقة وغيرها. - In fluid mechanics, internal flow is a flow wherein the fluid is completely confined by inner surfaces of an item (e.g. a tube). Hence the boundary layer is unable to develop without eventually being constrained. The internal flow configuration represents a convenient geometry for heating and cooling fluids used in chemical processing, environmental control, and energy conversion technologies.
