- المؤشر الرئوي المتكامل (IPI) هو المؤشر الرئوي للمريض الذي يستخدم معلومات من جهاز فحص ثاني أكسيد الكربون وجهاز قياس التأكسد للتزويدد بقيمة توصف حالة التنفس لدى المريض. يُستخدم هذا المؤشر من قبل الأطباء للتقييم السريع لحالة التنفس لدى المريض لتحديد الإجراءات اللازمة أو الفحوصات الأخرى التي يجب تطبيقها. يعتبر هذا المؤشر دليل للمريض يزوّده بتأشير بسيط في الوقت الحالي لوضع التنفس الشامل، كعدد صحيح 1-10.يدمج هذا المؤشر بين أربع مقاييس فسيولوجية تزوّد من خلال جهاز مراقبة المريض، تستخدم هذه المعلومات مع معادلات حسابية لإيجاد نتيجة المؤشر. هذه النتيجة لم تعدّ بدلاً عن علامات التنفس الحالية للمريض، إنما لتزويد نتيجة إضافية متكاملة أو مؤشره لحالة التنفس للمريض لدى مقدمين الرعاية. - Integrated pulmonary index (IPI) is a patient pulmonary index which uses information from capnography and pulse oximetry to provide a single value that describes the patient's respiratory status. IPI is used by clinicians to quickly assess the patient's respiratory status to determine the need for additional clinical assessment or intervention. The IPI is a patient index which provides a simple indication in real time of the patient's overall ventilatory status as an integer ranging from numbers 1 to 10. IPI integrates four major physiological parameters provided by a patient monitor, using this information along with an algorithm to produce the IPI score. The IPI score is not intended to replace current patient respiratory parameters, but to provide an additional integrated score or index of the patient ventilation status to the caregiver. (en)
