- La Instituto por Radiuma Esplorado, aŭ en germana Institut für Radiumforschung, estas esplorinstituto de Aŭstrio asocia kun la , Vieno. Esploristoj de la Instituto ricevis multajn Nobel-premiojn. Pro laŭgrada ŝanĝo de interesoj, "nuklea fiziko" estis aldonita al la instituta nomo en 1956. Ekde 2004, ĝi nomiĝas Instituto Stefan Meyer por subatoma fiziko. La ĉefa celo de la Instituto estas radioaktiveco. Stefan Meyer estis direktoro de la Instituto el ties malfermo en 1910 ĝis 1938 pro la Anschluss. Post la Dua Mondmilito li revenis al la posteno.
