Husain Dalwai, (born 15 February 1943) is a politician from Indian National Congress party. He was born on 15 February 1943 and is a trade unionist, journalist and writer by profession. He represented Congress Party in Maharashtra Legislative Council (as MLC) from 1998 to 2003. During this term, he was also a minister from Oct 1999 to March 2001. In June 2010 he was again elected to Maharashtra Legislative Council from Indian National Congress; his term lasted until August 2011. He was elected from Maharashtra to the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Parliament from 2011 to 2014. He was elected to Rajya Sabha for second term from Maharashtra, from April 2014 to April 2020.
