Elwood Holton, Richard Torraco, Tom Reio, Jamie Callahan, Julia Storberg-Walker, and Jia Wang. We welcome thoughtful, meaningful, critical, and high quality theoretical, conceptual, and review articles that support theory building and that provide implications for HRD research and practice.
