- 醫院管理局（簡稱醫管局；英語：Hospital Authority，縮寫作 HA）是一個香港法定機構，負責管理香港公立醫院及診所，執行香港政府的公共醫療政策，根據《醫院管理局條例》於1990年12月1日成立。自1991年12月起，醫管局負責管理全港公立醫院及相關的醫療服務，並透過醫務衞生局局長向香港特別行政區政府負責，而醫務衞生局則負責制定醫療政策和監察醫管局的工作。並向香港政府提出包括醫院收費及所需要資源等相關政策建議，以及培育訓練醫療人員、進行醫院服務相關研究等。醫管局作為香港公營醫療體系的核心部分，日常運作經費由政府撥款資助，但部分服務按成本收費，人事聘任則與政府公務員脫鉤，局方可自行制定聘任條件。 醫院管理局由內部多個委員會組織而成，向香港政府衞生首長（今醫務衛生局局長）負責。現時醫管局管轄43間公立醫院和醫療機構、49間專科門診及73間普通科門診。截至2019年3月31日，醫管局合共提供28929張病床，僱員人數約79659人，其中醫生佔6440人，護士佔27252名人，醫管局總辨事處佔2326人，年度收入711.47億（政府補助佔648.77億）支出697.01億（員工成本487.03億），盈餘14.46億港元，總資產544.09億，總負債464.26億，各醫院及門診按其所屬區域，劃分為七個醫院聯網，截至2019年3月31日醫管局公積金計晝資產淨值為683.93億港元（2018年676.43億），參與計劃人數為28669名員工（2018年29073名）同時共有59435名員工（年度供款6.40035億）（2018年55741名，供款5.88864億）參與強積金計劃，於2019年3月31日，該計劃的資產淨值，包括成員先前職位轉調的資產96.768億港元（2018年90.6115億） (zh)
