- The Hor States (Tibetan: ཧོར་དཔོན་ཁག་ལྔ།, Wylie: hor dpon khag lnga; Chinese: 五霍爾; lit. 'Five Hors'), also known as the Horpa States (Chinese: 霍爾巴小邦), were a group of five principalities located in the Tibetan region of Kham that existed from the 14th century to the mid-1900s. Today, the historical territory of the Hor States comprises Garzê County, Luhuo County, and part of Dawu County. (en)
- La région de Hor est formé de cinq principautés, Hor Béri (白利/Baili), (孔薩/Kongsa), (麻書/mashu), aussi appelé (竹窝/Zhuwo), et (章谷/Zhanggu) situées du nord-ouest au sud-est le long de la rivière Yarlung (Mékong), et à l’est de Dergué. Sa capitale est Karzé dans la province du Sichuan. La région de Hor fait partie pour les Tibétains, du Kham ou Tibet oriental (voir aussi Dokham). Le terme tibétain « Hor » signifie « Mongols orientaux ». Ce terme désignait auparavant les Ouïgours établis au VIIIe siècle aux alentours de Ganzhou, puis les mongols de Gushri Khan (mongol qoshot qui envahirent l'Amdo et le Kham au XVIe siècle, on parle aujourd'hui des descendants des cinq principautés Hors du Sichuan et Qinghai.
