Hibshman Farm, also known as the Schantz Farm, is a historic home and farm complex located at Ephrata Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The complex includes the original farmhouse, wash house, stone barn, silo, tobacco shed, tobacco barn, and a second farmhouse. The original farmhouse is in three sections. The oldest section was built about 1750–1760, and is a 1 1/2-story, stone gable roofed structure located to the rear of the farmhouse. It has a second section built in 1801, and a lower stone wing built about 1803. The interior is in the Georgian style.
