George Talbot Rice, 3rd Baron Dynevor (October 8, 1765 – 9 April 1852) was a British peer and politician. He was the son of the 2nd Baroness Dynevor and George Rice . He matriculated at Christ Church, Oxford on 1 February 1783, and was awarded a Masters of Arts on 30 May 1786. Rice was the Tory Member of Parliament for Carmarthenshire from 1790 to 1793. He inherited the title in 1793 on the death of his mother.
