- Fureai kippu (ιαπωνικά: ふれあい切符:Κουπόνια Φροντίδας Συγγενών) είναι ένα Ιαπωνικό που δημιουργήθηκε το 1995 από το ίδρυμα έτσι ώστε τα μέλη του να μπορούν να παίρνουν βαθμούς βοηθώντας στην δική τους κοινότητα. Το βασικό νόμισμα είναι ο χρόνος σε κάποιον . Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα οι ίδιοι οι ηλικιωμένοι βοηθάνε ο ένας τον άλλο και κερδίζουν βαθμούς που μπορούν να εξαργυρώσουν αργότερα για να ζητήσουν οι ίδιοι βοήθεια. Υπάρχει όμως και η δυνατότητα κάποιος να κερδίσει βαθμούς βοηθώντας ηλικιωμένους στην περιοχή που μένει και να μεταφέρει τους βαθμούς στους γονείς τους που μένουν μακριά. Για παράδειγμα, μπορεί κάποιο μέλος του δικτύου να βοηθήσει μια ηλικιωμένη γυναίκα που δυσκολεύεται να μετακινηθεί να κάνει τα ψώνια της και να κερδίσει κάποιους βαθμούς, ανάλογα με τις ώρες που ξόδεψε. Μετά, μπορεί να μεταφέρει τους πόντους αυτούς στους γονείς του που μένουν σε άλλη πόλη, έτσι ώστε αυτοί να μπορούν να ζητήσουν βοήθεια από κάποιο μέλος που μένει κοντά τους για να κάνουν τα δικά τους ψώνια. Μετά από δημοσκόπηση, έγινε σαφές ότι οι ηλικιωμένοι τείνουν να προτιμούν υπηρεσίες που πληρώνονται σε Fureai Kippu παρά αυτές που πληρώνονται σε yen. - Der Fureai Kippu (jap. ふれあい切符, dt. „Gegenseitiger-Kontakt-Ticket“, Kunrei-Transkription: Hureai Kippu) ist eine japanische Sektoralwährung im Gesundheitswesen, die 1995 von der Sawayaka Welfare Foundation eingeführt wurde. Die Währungseinheit ist eine Stunde Arbeit für einen älteren, hilfsbedürftigen Menschen. Die geleisteten Stunden können angespart werden, um selber im Alter Pflege damit zu erwerben, oder sie können an andere weitergegeben werden, um etwa Verwandte zu versorgen. Durch dieses System können Menschen sehr viel länger in ihrer eigenen Wohnsituation verbleiben. Die Inanspruchnahme einer Seniorenresidenz kann signifikant verschoben werden und realisiert dadurch Ersparnisse für das Gesundheitssystem. - Fureai kippu (in Japanese ふれあい切符: Caring Relationship Tickets) is a Japanese sectoral currency created in 1995 by the Sawayaka Welfare Foundation so that people could earn credits helping seniors in their community. The basic unit of account is an hour of service to an elderly person. Sometimes seniors help each other and earn the credits, other times family members in other communities earn credits and transfer them to their parents who live elsewhere. For example, an elderly woman who no longer has a driver’s license; if you shop for her, you get credit for that, based on the kind of service and the number of hours. These credits accumulate- users may keep them for when they become sick or elderly themselves, then use the credits in exchange for services. Alternatively, the users may transfer credits to someone else. A surprising part of the project has been that the elderly tend to prefer the services provided by people paid in Fureai Kippu over those paid in yen. This may be due to the personal connection. When they surveyed the elderly, it was clear they preferred the people who worked for Fureai kippu over the people who worked for yen because of the nature of the relationship. To convert this community service to yen would seem to dilute the community ethic. There are two clearinghouses that send the credits from one side of Japan to the other. China, too, is starting to implement the Fureai kippu concept. By 2005, the largest complementary currency system in the world was in China. These are early examples of a ‘marketplace revolution’ where fiat currency is broadened to Community Capital; economic, social, human, physical and cultural values. L'unité de compte de base est une heure de service à une personne âgée ou handicapée. Parfois, les aînés s'entraident et gagnent ces crédits, parfois les aidants, en bonne santé, transfèrent les crédits gagnés à leurs propres parents qui vivent ailleurs. Les crédits peuvent aussi être thésaurisés, les aidants les conservant en prévision de futures maladies ou lorsqu'ils deviendront eux-mêmes âgés et qu'ils voudront les échanger contre des services. On peut obtenir des crédits par exemple en faisant les courses à une femme âgée qui n'a plus de permis de conduire: le nombre de crédits gagnés dépend du type de service et du nombre d'heures passées. De manière surprenante, les récipiendaires ont préféré les services fournis lorsqu'ils sont payés en Fureai Kippu plutôt qu'en yen. Cela peut être dû aux relations personnelles différentes. Podstawowa jednostka monetarna jest równa godzinie usługiwania starszej osobie. Seniorzy czasem zarabiają sami pomagając sobie wzajemnie. Inni członkowie rodziny mogą zarabiać w innych wspólnotach i przenosić swoje kredyty na rodziców. System działa następująco: wykonywanie usług na rzecz osób niemogących np. jeździć do sklepu skutkuje uzyskaniem kredytu godzin opartego na rodzaju usługi i ilości poświęconego czasu. Kredyt może być wykorzystany w wypadku choroby czy starości lub przekazany innym osobom. Zaskakujące jest, że osoby starsze wolą usługi osób, którym płacą w kredytach Fureai Kippu, od tych, którym płacą normalnym pieniądzem (jenem). W Japonii są dwa domy clearingowe umożliwiające rozliczenia na terenie całego kraju. Również w Chinach rozpoczyna się wdrożenie tej koncepcji. (pl)
