- Der Frost Spur ist ein Felssporn im westantarktischen Queen Elizabeth Land. An der Nordseite des Dufek-Massivs der Forrestal Range in den Pensacola Mountains ragt er zwischen dem Lewis Spur und dem Alley Spur auf. Der United States Geological Survey kartierte ihn anhand eigener Vermessungen und Luftaufnahmen der United States Navy aus den Jahren von 1956 bis 1966. It was mapped by the United States Geological Survey from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1956–66, and was named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names for , a logistics specialist at the Office of Antarctic Programs, National Science Foundation.
