- Fox Plaza is a 29-story building located at 1390 Market Street in the Civic Center area of San Francisco. Built in 1966, the tower stands 354 ft (108 m) on the site of the former historic Fox Theatre at 1350 Market, which was opened in June 1929 and demolished in 1963. The first twelve floors contain office space. Unlike many buildings, Fox Plaza has a 13th floor actually labeled "13", although this floor is the service floor and is not rented out. The 14th floor contains laundry facilities as well as apartments, while floors 15 through 29 are exclusively rental apartments. The ground floor contains a gymnasium for residents. There is a corner low rise retail component housing a Credit Union, Gym, offices, Starbucks, and a US Post Office. The current owners are in the early planning and permitting stages to demolish the low-rise retail and replace it with a 120 ft (37 m) building containing condominiums.

Los primeros doce pisos albergan oficinas. A diferencia de muchos edificios en los que la planta trece no se numera por superstición, en el Fox Plaza el piso 13 consta como tal, aunque es la planta técnica y no se alquila. El piso 14 posee instalaciones de lavandería así como apartamentos, mientras que los pisos del 15 en adelante son exclusivamente apartamentos. En la planta baja existe un gimnasio para residentes. En un edificio anexo de poca altura se sitúa un centro comercial que alberga una cooperativa de ahorro y crédito, un gimnasio, oficinas, una cafetería Starbucks y una oficina de correos. Los propietarios actuales del complejo se encuentran en proceso de tramitación de los permisos para demoler el centro comercial y reemplazarlo por otro de unos 37 metros de altura con condominios de alquiler.
